Special Situations

Private Client and Family Office

We advise private clients, family offices, and principals in situations where personal exposure and reputational risk intersect. Work ranges from acute response to longer-horizon stabilisation and recovery, including cases involving media pressure, adversarial activity, disputes, and reputation damage with real-world consequences.

Where appropriate, we support reputation rehabilitation and search visibility objectives, including correction and removal efforts for inaccurate or misleading content, and structured displacement through controlled assets and credible third-party coverage. This work is handled with discipline and restraint, without public posturing.

Executive and Personal Matters

We support executives and senior individuals in sensitive situations that require controlled communications and judgement under pressure. This includes governance-sensitive internal matters, leadership transitions, high-risk stakeholder interactions, and situations where personal conduct allegations or internal disputes are likely to become external exposure. The objective is to preserve decision-making room, reduce escalation pathways, and maintain control of what is said, by whom, and when.

Intelligence and Open Source Analysis

We provide media and open-source intelligence analysis to establish what is driving a situation and what options are actually available. This can include structured audits of the information environment, narrative tracing, stakeholder and counterparty profiling, and due diligence support using open-source and corporate records where relevant.

This work informs strategy, sequencing, and message discipline. It is used to reduce uncertainty before decisions are taken, and to prevent reactive positioning driven by incomplete information.

Influence Mapping and Adversarial Pressure

We advise on situations involving organised pressure, influence operations, or networked opposition. This includes influence network mapping, identification of amplifiers and validators, and analysis of how narratives are being pushed across media, stakeholder channels, and digital ecosystems.

Misinformation and Digital Threats

We advise on misinformation dynamics and hostile narrative activity, including analysis of coordinated campaigns and competitor-driven influence efforts. The work focuses on establishing what is true, what is being asserted, and what is being made salient, then selecting an approach that contains spread, protects credibility, and avoids unnecessary visibility. Digital communications is treated as an execution channel when required, not as a standalone creative service.
